ABOUT

Code Fight is an educational application created by four passionate developers from Hanford High School over the course of summer 2018 in order to share their enthusiasm for computer science to the public. Together, we spent long hours planning, discussing, fixing bugs, programming, and making sure the game would be the best as it can be for you. We love computer science and we hope you learn to love it and see the endless possibilities you can do with it!

You can find the source code on our Github.

FRONT-END DEVELOPER

I created the GUI for our program and played a major part in all of the dozens of other aspects of the program, and am our team’s primary repository manager, boasting the most GitHub commits.

DEVELOPER AND ARTIST

I directed and created all the beautiful art for this project and constructed most of the animation and graphics frameworks of Code Fight. I also created this website and did advertising.

DEVELOPER AND ORGANIZER

I created the idea of the event and brought the group together to make it happen, scheduled the event, managed the project’s deadlines, and did some game design on the side.

BACK-END DEVELOPER

I helped implement the physics engine, single-handedly implemented the Python interpreter, oversaw the implementation game mechanics, and defeated the bugs no one else could solve.
