COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICES

GENERAL INFO

I DO draw the following:

• Original characters of all kinds

• Characters from existing fandoms and media

• Mild NSFW art ("not-safe-for-work", e.g. nudity, light blood + gore, lingerie, suggestive poses)

• Custom designs, given sufficient reference document and images

• Mechs, machines, mechanical designs, and detailed armor (reference(s) required + includes complexity fee)

• Backgrounds and environments

• Objects and props

I DO NOT draw the following:

• Extreme NSFW art and fetish art

• Extreme gore and violence

• Horror

• Furry art

• Suggestive themes/hate messages of any form

• Realism/art styles other than mine (I can gladly redirect you to other artists!)

• Character reference sheets (too much work, sorry!)

• Art will take from 1 week to more than a month to complete. If it goes any longer, I will notify you ahead of time.

• If you need art done by a specific date, please tell me. I recommend commissioning me at least two weeks in advance of the due date if you have one.

• Most of my commissioned work will get posted on my Twitter and Instagram (and sometimes Facebook). This is to promote myself as a commission artist. If you wish for me not to for any reason, a $30 fee will be added to your order 

• Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs

• If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission

• Please credit me when using, sharing or re-uploading any of my artwork on other social media or sites. Additionally, do your best to upload the WATERMARKED version if you do

• I reserve the right to decline any commission that I feel are out of my comfort zone or cannot comply with my schedule

• If you’d like something not on my commission menu, I am willing to discuss

PAYMENT AND COMMISSION PROCESS

Full refunds are only allowed if I have not started working on the commission at all. Refunds are not available once I have completed the line art, unless given a proper reason and situation.

1. I accept payments with PayPal invoices only.

2. Payment is full upfront except for orders more than or equal to $300 in which I can provide a 50/50 payment plan (paying half in advance, half in the ended) or whatever plan suits you best

3. Payments must be provided within 24--48 hours else you will be blacklisted unless there is a special circumstance keeping you from paying on time.

4. All sales final after the full payment.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing — not the commissioner; therefore, I’m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself within any place or site, display it anywhere, and post it wherever I want. 

The commissioner is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise, print the art and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself, and use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted. 

THE FOLLOWING IS CONSIDERED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT:

• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (making money off it  in any way)

• Taking credit for the creation of the artwork

• Removing any watermarks/signatures

• Altering the artwork without my, the artist’s, consent

A purchase of commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of the original price.

With commercial rights, you are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork such as books, covers, props, changing to your liking and promoting your own brand with it. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork even if altered or edited.
